**Job Title**
Head of Development Service
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, engineering, and delivery of a new SaaS platform, Nistia. Drive technical vision, team excellence, and secure, scalable architecture while integrating AI-driven value streams.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a production-ready SaaS solution on time and within budget.
- Establish and maintain a modern, cloud‑native architecture.
- Cultivate a high‑performance, cross‑functional team.
- Measure and maximize AI and DevOps impact on business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and structure R&D, Product Owner, and engineering teams.
- Define and enforce technical strategy, architecture, security, and quality standards.
- Manage projects using Agile/Scrum, ensuring successful sprint delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Select and advocate appropriate cloud hyperscaler technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Champion AI initiatives: from POC design to MLOps production launch and impact assessment.
- Drive continuous improvement of DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with UX, Security, and Product teams to deliver superior user experience and compliance.
**Required Skills**
- 8+ years of SaaS development and operations experience.
- Deep knowledge of .NET C#, CSS, JavaScript, and relational databases (SQL).
- Proven expertise in cloud‑native architecture and hyperscaler services.
- Strong AI/ML foundation, MLOps experience, and understanding of data pipelines.
- DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automation best practices.
- Agile/Scrum leadership, project budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑building abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master's (Bac+5) or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, or equivalent.
- Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification is an advantage.
