Job Description: **Job title:** RevOps Systems Specialist **Role Summary:** Own and optimize the end‑to‑end revenue technology stack for a fast‑growing SaaS organization, focusing on Salesforce and connected GTM tools. Drive integration, automation, and data integrity across sales, marketing, and billing systems to support scalable growth and provide actionable insights for leadership. **Expactations:** - Deliver full lifecycle management of Salesforce (configuration, APEX, flows, SOQL, validations). - Design and implement scalable solutions that align with business growth plans. - Lead integrations between CRM, marketing SaaS, and accounting/billing platforms. - Facilitate workshops and translate technical outcomes for C‑suite and director stakeholders. - Continuously explore AI and automation opportunities to enhance revenue operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage Salesforce configuration, custom development, and performance tuning. - Administer and extend the GMT tech stack (HubSpot, Gong, Cognism, etc.). - Build and maintain data integrations with billing/accounting systems. - Design workflow automations to streamline sales, marketing, and support processes. - Conduct workshops and training sessions with senior leadership and functional teams. - Provide regular updates on process improvements, system enhancements, and KPI reporting. - Research and pilot emerging technologies (AI, workflow automation). **Required Skills:** - 3–7 years of RevOps, systems administration, or Salesforce‑focused experience. - Proficiency in Salesforce development (APEX, Lightning Flow, SOQL, validation rules). - Experience integrating or managing HubSpot, Gong, Cognism, or comparable GTM platforms. - Proven record of connecting Salesforce to billing or accounting solutions. - Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation abilities. - Ability to translate technical initiatives into clear business outcomes. - Curiosity and aptitude for AI‑driven automation within a SaaS context. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, App Builder) strongly preferred.
