Job title: Cash Management Business Analyst Consultant
Role Summary: Consulting specialist delivering high‑value projects for large banking, finance, and insurance clients, focusing on payments operations, cash management solutions, and change management.
Expectations: 3‑5 years of consulting, banking or corporate experience; engineering or commerce graduate with finance specialization; strong analytical and written communication; passion for payment systems; autonomous, dynamic, collaborative, initiative‑driven; professional oral English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and/or support end‑to‑end payment and cash management projects.
- Define project scope, gather and analyze business requirements.
- Draft detailed functional specifications and process maps.
- Design and execute testing strategies (UAT, integration).
- Drive change management and stakeholder communication.
- Develop and deliver reporting formats (camt, pain, MT9xx, MX).
- Provide subject‑matter expertise on SEPA, SWIFT, instant payments, EBICS, FTP/SFTP, SWIFNET, host‑to‑host.
- Work with platforms STEP2, Euro 1, T2/T2S and liquidity tools (cash pooling, ZBA).
- Collaborate with teams and act independently when required.
Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge of SEPA SCT/SDD, SWIFT MT/MX, and instant payment schemes.
- Proficiency with EBICS T/TS, FTP, SFTP, SWIFNET, host‑to‑host protocols.
- Experience with compensation platforms STEP2, Euro 1, T2/T2S.
- Expertise in cash management products: reporting conversions, liquidity management, correspondent banking.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Project coordination and workflow optimization.
- Fluent English (professional oral level).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Certified business analysis qualification (CBAP, CCBA) or equivalent is an advantage.
