Job title: AI Engineer (M/F)
Role Summary:
Design, develop, and deploy AI and data-processing solutions to support commercial initiatives and demonstrate solution feasibility through rapid POCs and MVPs.
Expectations:
- Execute functional and technical analysis of AI and data requirements.
- Create proofs of concept and MVPs for cross‑functional teams.
- Lead integration, fine‑tuning, and optimization of generative AI models (LLMs, speech, vision, RAG).
- Prepare datasets, train models, and evaluate performance.
- Industrialize validated POCs, participate in deployment, and collaborate with technical teams.
- Present POCs to clients, provide technical support during demos.
- Conduct ongoing technology scouting, market reviews, and evaluate new models and tools.
- Author technical documentation and contribute to the evolution of AI product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional and technical requirements analysis for AI projects.
- Rapid development of POCs/MVPs using Python and relevant AI frameworks.
- Integration of LLMs, speech‑to‑text, text‑to‑speech, computer vision, and fine‑tuning pipelines.
- Data collection, preprocessing, model training, and performance assessment.
- Industrialization of solutions, MLOps pipeline design, and CI/CD integration.
- Client engagement: demos, presentations, and technical support.
- Continuous technology scouting, market analysis, and tool evaluation.
- Documentation of designs, models, and deployment procedures.
Required Skills:
- Programming: Python (advanced).
- AI/NLP: Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformer architectures, fine‑tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Frameworks: PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
- Vector databases: Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate or equivalent.
- MLOps & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Fluent English; client‑facing presentation skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Engineer degree from an accredited engineering school.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional AI development experience.
