**Job Title:** Senior IT Project Manager – HR
**Role Summary:**
Lead and manage international HR technology projects across EMEA, acting as solution owner for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Kronos, and Docebo platforms. Drive digital HR transformation, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure seamless implementation of new functionalities and integrations.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver projects within 6–12 month timeframes, with possible longer cross‑domain initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business, IT, and offshore teams.
- Provide 3rd‑line support for post‑go‑live issues and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Travel occasionally to Daikin group sites across EMEA.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Lead end‑to‑end project life cycles for HR technology initiatives (planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
2. Own and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors landscape (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Time Tracking, Performance & Goals).
3. Manage SAP HCM payroll processes and Kronos/Employee Self‑Service time & attendance solutions.
4. Oversee Docebo learning platform implementation for service technicians.
5. Coordinate project teams, offshore resources, and business partners to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.
6. Analyze improvement requests, recommend solutions, and drive standardization and best‑practice adoption.
7. Collaborate with IT architects to translate strategic HR vision into roadmaps and technical designs.
8. Communicate project status, risks, and benefits to stakeholders and senior management.
9. Provide post‑go‑live support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
**Required Skills:**
- Project management (PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Time & Performance).
- Knowledge of SAP HCM payroll and Kronos time‑attendance systems.
- Experience with Docebo or comparable learning management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior groups.
- Self‑discipline in planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
- Willingness to travel within EMEA.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and functional analysis within an enterprise HR technology context.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
