Demonstrates initiative in leading technical initiatives and influencing adoption across teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, cloud solutions) to identify innovation opportunities. - Design and develop proofs-of-concept to demonstrate viability for internal teams. - Integrate new tools and platforms into organizational systems while adhering to architectural standards. - Provide technical guidance, training, and documentation to cross-functional teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of modern technologies. **Required Skills:** - Full-stack development, cloud platforms, AI/ML tools, and DevOps practices. - Strategic communication to explain complex concepts and advocate for new solutions. - Collaborative partnership with developers, architects, and business stakeholders. - Experimentation and problem-solving through rapid prototyping and iterative testing. **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, plus minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience (backend, frontend, database).
