Job Description
**Job Title** Customer Account Manager **Role Summary** Manage and grow the client portfolio for a hydrogen mobility solutions provider, ensuring seamless onboarding, contract administration, vehicle fleet management, and financial operations. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑level customer service and maintain strong client relationships. - Operate independently while adhering to company processes and policies. - Proactively identify account‑related risks and opportunities for upsell. - Meet or exceed service‑level and financial performance targets. **Key Responsibilities** - Onboard new customers and maintain accurate contract records. - Handle inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries or complaints. - Track and update vehicle movements linked to contracts. - Process contract renewals, amendments, and terminations. - Report and monitor vehicle accident incidents. - Collect daily rental revenues and follow up on overdue payments. - Execute debt‑collection procedures for late invoices. - Collaborate with service, sales, and finance teams to optimize account performance. **Required Skills** - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Strong organizational and time‑management skills. - Ability to follow detailed administrative processes. - Basic financial acumen, including invoicing and collections. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Self‑motivated, autonomous, and result‑focused. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer account management or a similar role. - Knowledge of fleet or mobility services is a plus.
