Job Description

Job Title: Software Engineer (Full‑Stack) Role Summary: Architect and deliver an event‑driven Node.js/Next.js/TypeScript backend with Supabase for a real‑time engineering portal. Design LLM‑powered agent workflows (memory, tool use, retry, context updates) and create intuitive human‑agent interaction interfaces. Collaborate with leadership on system design, technical strategy, and scaling decisions. Expectations: - Proven 0‑to‑1 builder with production‑shipped full‑stack experience. - Strong curiosity about AI‑agent product experiences. - Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid context switching, and high‑priority problem solving. - Excellent communication, candor, and teamwork with engineers. - Willingness to use code‑generation tools and reduce manual code. - Grit, perseverance, and ability to balance fast shipping with scalable architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement event‑driven backend, schemas, webhooks, and real‑time data flows. - Build LLM agent components (MCP, memory, retry logic) and integrate with external tools. - Create and iterate UI/UX for human‑agent collaboration. - Partner on system design and technical strategy to support multi‑customer, multi‑tool environments. - Ship new features from concept to production, including debugging and performance tuning. - Conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and support customers on technical issues. Required Skills: - Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, full‑stack development (React/JSX). - Serverless architectures, event‑driven systems, Supabase or similar backend services. - Database design (SQL/NoSQL), API development (REST/GraphQL). - Familiarity with LLM integration and agent architecture (memory, tool usage, retry). - Use of code‑generation tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) preferred. - Strong problem‑solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
