Job Description

**Job Title:** Revenue Operations Internship (Business Steering) **Role Summary:** Support the Revenue Operations team by developing and maintaining reports, ensuring data accuracy, and aiding business cadence activities for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve visibility into revenue processes while gaining hands‑on experience in CRM, data analysis, and revenue metrics. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate performance metrics and reports. - Participate in weekly/monthly revenue reviews with actionable insights. - Document data definitions and reporting procedures. - Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance data quality and process transparency. - Communicate findings effectively in English; additional European languages a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue operations. - Design, implement, and maintain reporting dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs. - Prepare data inputs and action plans for revenue review meetings. - Create and update documentation for data sources, metrics, and report usage. - Support data‑quality initiatives and assist in troubleshooting data issues. - Contribute to cross‑functional projects aimed at improving revenue process visibility. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualisation). - Strong analytical mindset with comfort handling large data sets. - Basic knowledge of SQL or Python (optional but beneficial). - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional European language skills a plus. - Detail‑oriented, curious, and quick to learn new tools/systems. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field. - No specific certifications required; coursework or projects related to data analysis, CRM, or revenue operations is advantageous.
