**Job Title** Director of Provider Success (Recruiting / Sales / Enablement) **Role Summary** Direct the supply‑side operations of a healthcare marketplace by leading a team that recruits, trains, and supports Nurse Practitioners (NPs) delivering in‑home aesthetic treatments. Oversee full provider lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management, and drive scalable processes that maximize utilization, satisfaction, and provider retention. **Expectations** - Build and lead a high‑performance Provider Success team (5–10+ years of relevant experience required; 3+ years in team leadership). - Deliver measurable growth in provider numbers and engagement metrics (utilization, NPS, retention). - Champion a seamless, world‑class onboarding and training experience for part‑time NPs across multiple U.S. states. - Collaborate closely with strategy, operations, marketing, and product to continuously improve provider experience. - Travel as needed (approx. 1–2 times per month) to launch markets and conduct training sessions. **Key Responsibilities** - **Provider Recruitment & Onboarding** - Develop sourcing pipelines and sell clinical training packages to attract and retain NPs. - Optimize onboarding processes for efficiency and superior candidate experience. - **Training & Enablement** - Lead a team delivering initial and ongoing clinical, marketing, and soft‑skill training. - Design community‑building initiatives and gather feedback to refine training programs. - **Performance Management** - Monitor KPIs (utilization, NPS, retention, etc.) and implement incentive models. - Create and execute performance improvement strategies. - **Leadership & Team Development** - Manage Provider Success Managers, fostering professional growth and accountability. - Maintain cross‑functional alignment with strategy, operations, marketing, and product. **Required Skills** - 5–10+ years of recruiting, sales, account management, or community leadership experience. - Proven ability to sell services and close revenue deals. - Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving capabilities. - Ability to educate, enable, and build a national workforce community. - Comfortable with data analysis, CRMs/ATS, and performance dashboards. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field) preferred. - Certifications in sales or healthcare operations are a plus. ---
