**Job title**: Talent Acquisition Specialist
**Role Summary**
Own end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple business units, build and sustain talent pipelines, create onboarding frameworks, drive process and systems improvement, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects the organization’s values.
**Expectations**
Manage high‑volume, full‑cycle hiring for Creative, Marketing, Retail, Operations, Community, Product, and Corporate roles; partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements; use data to monitor hiring metrics and improve candidate pipelines; and support talent development initiatives across the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruit, source, screen, and manage candidates for multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent maps for current and future needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, define success profiles, and develop hiring guides.
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interview panels, and ensure a seamless, welcoming process from initial contact to offer.
- Design and implement onboarding frameworks that enable new hires to start contributing quickly.
- Document role expectations, knowledge-transfer processes, and support manager-led performance conversations.
- Identify skill gaps, propose up‑skilling opportunities, and track development outcomes.
- Develop and maintain recruiting workflows, scorecards, and reporting systems.
- Implement scalable applicant‑tracking and recruiting analytics to monitor speed‑to‑hire, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
- Build and reinforce employer‑brand initiatives that align with the company’s tone and culture.
**Required Skills**
- 3–5+ years of talent acquisition, HR, or people‑operations experience (CPG or startup environments preferred).
- Full‑cycle recruiting competence across diverse functional areas.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate‑experience skills.
- Ability to design onboarding programs and talent development plans.
- Proficiency in recruiting software, data analysis, and process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder‑management capability.
- Highly organized, self‑starting, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Warm, community‑oriented demeanor and genuine people‑skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Optional certifications: PHR/SPHR (HRCI) or SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SPHR.
