Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator Role Summary: Coordinate end‑to‑end recruiting activities, manage interview logistics, and support talent acquisition partners to deliver a seamless candidate experience in a fast‑paced corporate environment. Expectations: * Minimum 1 year of recruiting support experience, preferably in a corporate setting. * Demonstrated ability to schedule high‑volume interviews and manage complex itineraries. * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook; experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus. * Strong written and verbal communication, excellent customer‑service orientation, and the ability to maintain urgency while ensuring accuracy. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to execute coordination for specified business units. * Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews for management‑level candidates, including travel arrangements and agenda preparation. * Draft and extend offer letters, onboarding packets, and new‑hire documentation. * Update candidate records, process interview expense reports, and submit background and relocation tickets. * Communicate employee referral activities and provide follow‑up correspondence via phone and email. * Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. * Generate regular reporting for the Recruiting Manager and support process‑improvement projects across HR functions. Required Skills: * Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail. * Customer‑service mindset and proactive problem‑solving. * Strong interpersonal skills—comfortable interacting with all organizational levels, external candidates, and internal stakeholders (Recruiters, Executive Assistants, IT, etc.). * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and to escalation when appropriate. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of two years’ experience in a recruiting support or coordinator role.
