**Job Title** Commissioning Manager – Data Centre Build **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end commissioning of MEP systems on a large‑scale data centre construction project. Develop plans, manage contractors, interface with client and design teams, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality, compliant systems. **Expectations** - Client‑side role for a 10‑month contract. - Deliver commissioning for HVAC, electrical, controls, and associated MEP assets. - Maintain rigorous standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. - Communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop commissioning plans, schedules, and methodologies for all MEP systems. 2. Lead and coordinate commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to project milestones. 3. Supervise contractors, verifying performance, quality, safety, and compliance. 4. Interface directly with the client, design teams, vendors, and contractors. 5. Review and approve documentation: FAT/SAT reports, test scripts, handover packages. 6. Conduct integrated systems testing and support final project handover. 7.
