**Job Title** Tech Lead (Lead Tech) **Role Summary** Lead the technical direction of a software product, manage a development team, and collaborate across departments to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable applications. Drive best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity. **Expectations** - Manage and mentor a team of developers. - Own the technical quality and delivery of the product. - Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps to meet business objectives. - Maintain Agile cadence and ensure timely delivery of features. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Technical Leadership** – Set best‑practice guidelines, resolve complex technical issues, and coach team members. 2. **Software Development** – Make architectural and component decisions, oversee code reviews, validate pull requests, and ensure database consistency. 3. **Quality & Performance** – Guarantee reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability of the application. 4. **DevOps & CI/CD** – Manage build pipelines, deployment processes, and infrastructure on Azure DevOps and AWS. 5. **Productivity Enhancement** – Guide the team in using AI for code generation, documentation, code review, and unit‑test creation. 6. **Agile Execution** – Participate actively in sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery. 7. **Technology Watch** – Evaluate emerging technologies, assess their fit for the product, and recommend integrations. **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in C# and React. - Experience with Azure DevOps, AWS cloud services, and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of software architecture, system design, and database modeling. - Hands‑on experience with code reviews, pull‑request validation, and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint ceremonies. - Ability to use AI tools for development productivity (e.g., code generation, tests, documentation). - Leadership and mentoring skills; excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2). - Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience. - Certifications in Azure or AWS (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, AWS Developer Associate) are a plus.
