Job Description: **Job Title:** Business Analyst Odoo Medior/Senior **Role Summary** Bridge business needs and digital solutions by analyzing processes, translating client requirements into actionable plans, and driving project implementation. Own mid-sized projects from planning to delivery. **Expectations** 3+ years of relevant experience, proactive problem-solving, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and client-focused communication. Proven ability to document, optimize workflows, and validate solution effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct client workshops to define requirements and prioritize solutions. - Analyze and improve business processes through documentation, testing, and validation. - Coordinate solution delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs and IT execution. - Support user training and testing (UAT) for successful adoption. - Manage projects end-to-end, including budget tracking and stakeholder coordination. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Requirements gathering and documentation expertise. - Experience with project planning and stakeholder coordination. - Fluency in English and French; Dutch proficiency preferred. - Familiarity with Odoo or willingness to learn through provided training. **Required Education & Certifications** Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
