Job Description
**Job Title** Sales Representative – France **Role Summary** Drive new business and maintain key relationships with architectural & design (A&D) clients and industry alliance partners in France. The role involves product presentations, event participation, pricing and delivery coordination, and client database management, all while representing the company’s brand and sales protocols. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in textiles, interior design or related field. - Bachelor’s degree in textiles, interior design or equivalent. - Fluency in French and English (spoken and written). - Willingness to travel frequently to client sites, events and conferences. - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify, cultivate and close sales with A&D clients across France, prioritizing Paris market. - Build and sustain relationships through client visits, dinners, industry events and networking functions. - Present new product lines, specify finishes, and advise on suitability and delivery timelines. - Develop pricing strategies, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams on samples and lead times. - Maintain and update client information and project details in CRM and project systems. - Create and maintain resource libraries and merchandising plans for clients. - Provide training and support to Alliance Furniture Partners and internal sales teams. - Collaborate with inside sales, sales coordinators and cross‑functional departments (resource, sample, QA). - Report on sales performance, client feedback, and partnership status to Sales Manager Europe and senior leadership. **Required Skills** - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. - Problem‑solving skills for pricing, delivery, quality or installation issues. - Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). - Ability to multitask, organize, and work independently or within a team. - Quick adaptation to company sales protocols and internal tools. - High level of professionalism when entertaining clients outside the office. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in textiles, interior design, architecture or related discipline (preferred). - 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience. - Bilingual proficiency in French and English. ---
