**Job Title** Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor – New Vehicles (M/F) **Role Summary** Drive the sale of new vehicles within the dealership, providing expert product knowledge, financing options, and after‑sales support while maintaining high customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. **Expectations** - Achieve individual and team sales targets for new vehicle inventory. - Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring repeat business and referrals. - Continuously update product knowledge, especially regarding electric vehicles. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and administrative tasks. - Uphold all quality and compliance procedures of the organization. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, receive, and nurture prospective customers, converting inquiries into sales. - Present vehicle features, financing solutions, and ancillary products to customers. - Manage administrative aspects of the sales process (contracts, paperwork, follow‑ups). - Prepare and submit regular commercial activity reports. - Propose and support the introduction and promotion of electric vehicle options. - Adhere to established quality and compliance procedures. **Required Skills** - Proven automotive sales experience with a track record of meeting targets. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; adept at customer listening and engagement. - Proactive, autonomous, and solution‑oriented approach. - Excellent time management and organizational abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and propose innovative ideas. - Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Required Education & Certifications** - Commercial or business-related education or equivalent professional experience. - Valid Category B driver’s licence. - Willingness to complete internal certification and training programs.
