**Job Title** Administrative Employee **Role Summary** Support daily office operations by managing inbound invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely processing of client documents related to goods exchange. **Expectations** - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively. - Adherence to established deadlines and internal processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Receive invoices from email, mail, and server; verify completeness. - Record invoices accurately in the accounting or ERP system. - Track client documentation required for goods‑exchange declarations. - Follow up on outstanding documents and resolve discrepancies. - Maintain filing system and database integrity. **Required Skills** - Prior administrative experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. - Excellent task and time‑management abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a high‑school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary coursework in business administration or related field preferred. - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
