**Job Title**: Digital Transformation and CRM Manager **Role Summary**: Lead organizational digital transformation initiatives with strategic expertise in CRM systems, focusing on Salesforce migration and optimization to drive operational efficiency. **Expactations**: Proven experience in Salesforce implementation, collaborative project execution, and strategic digital transformation leadership. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee end-to-end CRM system upgrades and digital infrastructure modernization. - Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and successful transition from legacy Salesforce systems to updated versions. - Collaborate with development partners to align CRM strategy with organizational goals. - Design processes to optimize CRM functionality and user adoption. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools. **Required Skills**: - Expertise in Salesforce CRM (configuration, data migration, customization). - Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum). - Strong knowledge of CRM workflows, data architecture, and integrations. - Analytical skills for process improvement and system optimization. - Excellent collaboration and communication for stakeholder alignment. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator/Developer, PMP, or similar digital transformation credentials.
