**Job Title:** Business Development Manager **Role Summary** Generate new business opportunities through strategic sales initiatives, relationship-building, and lead generation. Focus on expanding client base and increasing sales within the emergency services and restoration sector. **Expectations** Meet or exceed sales conversion rates and KPIs for face-to-face client engagement. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, trade association participation, and lead qualification.
