**Job title:** Business Development Representative **Role Summary:** Drive outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads for the full suite of facility‑management solutions, acting as the first point of contact for decision‑makers and routing high‑intent prospects to Account Executives. **Expectations:** - Perform 75‑100 outbound calls per day, plus LinkedIn and email outreach, to highly targeted accounts. - Qualify prospects, identify needs, and schedule discovery calls for the sales team. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business operations to refine messaging and share insights. - Maintain accurate activity logs in Salesforce; track outreach metrics using Gong; stay current on industry trends. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Execute high‑volume outbound calling and multi‑channel outreach (LinkedIn, email). 2. Initiate conversations to uncover challenges and gauge interest in any solution. 3. Qualify leads against predefined criteria and arrange discovery calls with Account Executives. 4. Use Salesforce and Gong to record interactions and capture call analytics. 5. Work with the Business Development Manager to continually improve outreach content and strategy. 6. Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of all product offerings and market trends to position solutions effectively. **Required Skills:** - 2–4 years of outbound sales, business development, or customer‑facing role. - Strong verbal and written communication; confidence in engaging decision‑makers. - Comfortable with high‑volume, goal‑driven outreach. - Experienced with Salesforce; familiarity with Gong an asset. - Analytical mindset to review metrics and refine tactics. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Business, Marketing, or related field. ---
