**Job Title:** Account Development Specialist **Role Summary:** Drive sales of heavy‑vehicle parts and programs to installers within an assigned territory. Collaborate with regional and corporate sales teams to develop and execute sales development plans, gather market intelligence, and support pricing and collection activities. **Expectations:** - Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience. - Ability to travel up to 70 % within the territory. - Meet or exceed sales development targets and support district/regional objectives. - Provide accurate market feedback and pricing recommendations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Call on installers to sell parts and related programs. - Work with regional and corporate sales teams to align strategies. - Develop and implement sales development plans with District Sales Manager and Store Managers. - Collect and report market intelligence, service, and product issues. - Recommend pricing, assist with collections, and ensure compliance with buying conditions. **Required Skills:** - Strong sales and business development abilities. - Budgeting and analytical competence. - Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. - Ability to interpret market data and provide actionable insights. - Proficiency in pricing and collection processes. - Strong organizational and time‑management skills; comfortable with extensive travel. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent (required). - Post‑secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - No specific certifications required.
