Job Description
**Job title:** Change Lead – Highways, Transport & Infrastructure **Role Summary:** Lead the 9‑month implementation of the Confirm system, managing end‑to‑end change initiatives, digital transformation, and business process automation across highways, transport, and infrastructure sectors. Ensure adoption of new systems and processes, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and embed continuous improvement culture. **Expactations:** - Deliver the Confirm system implementation on schedule and within budget. - Achieve full organisational alignment with change management best practices. - Demonstrate measurable operational improvements and enhanced service outcomes. - Sustain momentum through coaching, training, and barrier removal. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan, including communication, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and process automation. 2. Lead end‑to‑end implementation of the Confirm system, coordinating with cross‑functional teams. 3. Conduct process mapping, requirements gathering, and benefits realisation using business analyst techniques. 4. Design and deliver structured training for management and staff on new systems and BAU processes. 5. Champion continuous improvement, guiding teams to adopt updated workflows and digital ways of working. 6. Monitor progress, measure success criteria, and report insights and milestones to senior stakeholders and governance boards. 7. Identify and mitigate change barriers, providing coaching and support to sustain improvements. 8. Ensure full adoption and optimisation of digital solutions for operational excellence. **Required Skills:** - Proven change management experience in highways, transport, or infrastructure environments. - Strong digital transformation and business process automation background, ideally with Confirm or similar asset management platforms. - Business analysis skills: process mapping, workflow analysis, requirements documentation, benefits analysis. - Stakeholder management: influence and engage across all organisational levels. - Communication and training strategy development for diverse workforces. - Analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving contexts; resilient, adaptable, proactive, and results‑oriented. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, public administration, or related field. - Professional change management qualification (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent) preferred. - Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or demonstrable business analysis experience.
