**Job Title:** Sector Manager – Grocery Retail (GMS) **Role Summary:** Drive sales growth for the Fleury Michon brand within a defined geographic area (North‑East Île‑de‑France, departments 92 and 78). Manage a portfolio of medium and large‑format retail customers, ensure optimal product visibility, and build strong, service‑focused client relationships while operating with a high degree of autonomy. **Expectations:** - Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. - Maintain consistent product presence and merchandising standards in stores. - Demonstrate proactive communication of results and challenges to the sales team and regional sales manager. - Show resilience, strong negotiation skills, and a results‑driven attitude. - Be mobile within the assigned territory and adaptable to evolving market conditions. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Plan, schedule, and execute regular visits to GMS clients, managing own agenda efficiently. 2. Ensure Fleury Michon products are properly displayed, stocked, and promoted on shelves. 3. Develop and nurture client relationships, delivering a high‑level customer experience through expert advice and support. 4. Leverage marketing tools, merchandising assets, and promotional activities to increase sales volume. 5. Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and communicate outcomes to the commercial team and sales manager. 6. Participate in internal training (4 days per year) and onboarding programs to continuously improve product and sales knowledge. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales and negotiation abilities, preferably in large‑format retail (experience may include internships or apprenticeships). - Strong client‑relationship management and communication skills. - Excellent organization and time‑management; ability to manage own agenda. - Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and market trends. - Proficiency with CRM or sales‑tracking tools; Microsoft Office suite. - Fluency in French (mandatory) and working knowledge of English (advantage). - High motivation, resilience, and a collaborative, positive attitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Industry Management, or related field, *or* equivalent professional experience in retail sales. - No specific certifications required; sales‑related training provided on the job.
