Social Media Coordinator
**Role Summary**
Oversee daily operations of the brand’s organic social media channels, creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content while fostering community interaction. Collaborate with creative, marketing, influencer, and partnership teams to support product launches and campaigns, and provide actionable insights on performance and trends.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Curate, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and other organic channels.
- Moderate and engage with followers, maintaining timely community interaction.
- Collaborate on ideation, creation, and launch of social content and campaigns for new products and marketing initiatives.
- Participate in on‑set shoots, producing and editing high‑quality visual assets for social use.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (marketing, brand partnerships, influencers) to drive growth and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key social KPIs; recommend optimization actions.
- Stay current on platform features, content trends, and best practices; deliver actionable insights regularly.
- Provide general support for brand‑wide social media initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- Content strategy & calendar management.
- Copywriting & copy editing for diverse platforms.
- Community engagement and moderation.
- Photo/video shooting, editing, and post‑production (Adobe Creative Cloud preferred).
- Social analytics, trend analysis, and KPI reporting.

**Required Education & Certifications**
