Job Title: Lead Salesforce QA
Job Description: Job Title: Lead Salesforce QA Role Summary: Lead the quality assurance strategy and execution for Salesforce-based health‑care products, overseeing a team of 10–20 testers. Drive test planning, automation, defect management, and continuous improvement across Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud initiatives. Expectations: - Guide and mentor a mid‑size QA team in a fast‑paced, green‑field environment. - Own end‑to‑end test strategy, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (developers, BA, product owners) to meet regulatory and organizational standards. - Leverage emerging AI and automation to reduce manual effort and identify defects early. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans for functional, non‑functional, regression, exploratory, UI, and end‑to‑end scenarios. - Coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders. - Lead automation efforts; select, implement, and maintain Salesforce‑specific test automation frameworks. - Manage defect lifecycle via defect tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution. - Mentor QA staff, promote best practices, and enforce QA standards. - Monitor QA metrics, generate dashboards, and report progress to leadership. - Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies. - Apply CI/CD and DevOps principles to integrate testing into the software pipeline. Required Skills: - 5+ years of QA experience with ≥2 years in a lead/senior role. - Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, test automation, and Salesforce ecosystem tools. - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and with CI/CD pipelines. - Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with performance, security testing, and regulatory requirements in health‑care/insurance. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - ISTQB or equivalent QA certification required. - Additional Salesforce developer/administrator certification (preferred).
