**Job Title:** Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead planning and execution of late-stage clinical programs (Phase II/III) to advance immuno-oncology therapies. Centralize cross-functional coordination, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive timelines/budgets toward regulatory milestones. **Expectations:** - 7–10+ years clinical research experience (7+ years), 3–5 years in clinical project management. - 4+ years Phase II/III trial experience; global study and CRO/vendor management required. - Strong leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop clinical project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. - Lead cross-functional teams (clinical, statistical, vendor partners) and manage external CROs/investigator sites. - Oversee trial execution, TMF compliance, GCP/ICH adherence, and regulatory document preparation. - Monitor data quality, resolve risks, and implement corrective actions for recruitment/quality issues. **Required Skills:** - Clinical trial management (CTMS, EDC tools), regulatory compliance (GCP, FDA). - Budget/financial tracking, stakeholder negotiation, vendor contract management. - Stakeholder communication, project leadership, fast-paced adaptability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s/Master’s in scientific discipline, clinical trials, or related field. - No certifications specified.
