Job Description
**Job Title** Consultant AMOA – Procurement Information Systems **Role Summary** Support the transformation of a pharmaceutical client’s procurement function by redesigning the Supplier, Contract, and Purchasing Process Management system. Gather business requirements, define functional specifications, oversee development, coordinate testing, drive change management, and ensure functional coherence across modules. **Expectations** - Minimum 4 years of AMOA experience on procurement or ERP (SAP, Coupa, Ivalua) projects. - Fluent English (spoken and written). - Ability to work autonomously, with rigor and strong client‑service orientation. - Effective communication with both business and technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct workshops with procurement and legal teams to capture functional needs. - Draft and maintain detailed functional specifications. - Track IT development progress and ensure alignment with specifications. - Lead user‑acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system integration across contracts, suppliers, and orders modules. - Provide training and support to end‑users during rollout. - Participate in change‑management activities and facilitate adoption of new tools. - Monitor compliance and embed ESG indicators into procurement decisions. **Required Skills** - Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and compliance requirements. - Expertise in functional analysis (AMOA) for procurement/ERP systems. - Familiarity with SAP, Coupa, Ivalua or similar platforms. - Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving abilities. - Proficient in English; French is a plus. - Interpersonal skills to liaise with business users, IT developers, and project managers. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Information Systems, Procurement, Business Administration, or Project Management. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP) are a plus but not mandatory.
