Job Description

**Job Title:** HubSpot Developer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the HubSpot CMS and CRM platforms for client and internal projects. Ensure robust, scalable implementations, perform testing, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support revenue‑operations initiatives. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality HubSpot customizations on schedule. - Maintain data integrity and system performance. - Proactively identify and resolve technical issues. - Communicate progress and technical decisions clearly to stakeholders. - Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and customize HubSpot CMS templates, modules, and themes using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Develop CRM workflows, custom objects, and integrations with external systems via APIs. - Manage and optimize HubSpot databases, including contact segmentation and data imports/exports. - Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot bugs. - Document code, configuration, and technical processes. - Support both on‑site and remote collaboration with project managers, marketers, and developers. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in HubSpot CMS & CRM development (HubL, APIs, workflows). - Strong programming fundamentals (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3). - Experience with relational databases and data management. - Solid testing and debugging capabilities. - Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team, both on‑site and remotely. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - HubSpot CMS Developer certification (preferred). - HubSpot CRM/Automation certification (preferred).
