Job Description

Job Title: System Function Lead Role Summary: Lead the definition and evolution of product functions for high‑technology projects in automotive, aerospace, and railway domains, ensuring that system requirements, validation, and configuration meet technical and regulatory standards. Expectations: Deliver accurate technical specifications, drive validation activities, maintain traceability of defects, and collaborate seamlessly with software and hardware teams to achieve project milestones. Key Responsibilities: • Draft and maintain system technical requirements aligned with functional and project needs. • Verify compliance of specifications and manage validation plans for use cases. • Oversee system development and validation on vehicle, PIE, and system benches (MIL, SIL, HIL). • Supervise bench setup, operation, and calibration parameter management. • Produce validation reports, trace defects, and guide defect resolution. • Analyze anomalies, coordinate investigation, and close issues. Required Skills: • Proficiency with DOORS, MagicDraw, Concerto, Creta, CATIA, MATLAB/Simulink. • Strong analytical, synthesis, and rigorous requirement management abilities. • Excellent teamwork and communication with cross‑functional engineering groups. Required Education & Certifications: • Engineer degree or equivalent in embedded systems, electronics, industrial automation, or industrial informatics. • 2–5 years experience in system engineering or embedded software development.
