**Job title**: Architect & Tech Lead
**Role Summary**: Lead the technical vision and architecture for strategic projects, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Act as the primary technical authority, guiding development teams, selecting appropriate technologies, and embedding best practices across the organization.
**Expactations**:
- Provide decisive technical direction and mentorship to development teams.
- Champion architectural excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders and peers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design and evolve modern architectures (SOA, microservices, event‑driven, cloud‑native).
2. Evaluate, select, and validate technologies and frameworks that align with business needs.
3. Mentor and coach engineering teams on coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
4. Drive improvements in performance, security, and code quality through reviews and tooling.
5. Conduct technology scouting, proof‑of‑concepts, and experimentation with emerging solutions.
6. Collaborate with DevOps to ensure seamless CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
**Required Skills**:
- Full‑stack development capabilities (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, Angular/React).
- Proficiency in distributed system design: REST APIs, microservices, event‑driven patterns, cloud services.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
- DevOps toolchain proficiency: Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of security, scalability, performance tuning, and automation.
- Ability to coach teams, make technical decisions, and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- (Optional) Experience with WinDev/WebDev.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Master’s or equivalent (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
- Relevant architecture or cloud certifications are a plus (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
