Role Summary: Lead global marketing, brand, and communication strategy for a premium fashion house, aligning creative vision with business objectives to drive awareness, desirability, and growth across all markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a global marketing strategy, including budget, KPIs, and priority initiatives.
- Translate corporate objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans.
- Serve as strategic partner to CEO and senior leadership, informing business decisions.
- Build, coach, and inspire a cross‑functional team covering brand, PR, influencer relations, content, and customer marketing.
- Strengthen brand positioning within the luxury sector and ensure consistent, distinctive communication across all channels and markets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop global PR and influencer programs; secure premium media placements and strategic partnerships.
- Manage brand events, collaborations, and activations to reinforce cultural relevance.
- Oversee ambassador and affiliate programs to amplify reach and engagement.
- Lead content strategy across owned, earned, and paid media, ensuring alignment with brand narrative.
- Maintain quality and consistency at all marketing touchpoints.
- Design customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime‑value strategies.
- Champion customer insights to inform marketing, product, and business decisions.
- Oversee CRM and lifecycle marketing with a data‑driven, personalized approach.

Required Skills:
- 10–15 years of experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle marketing, with international exposure.
- Proven expertise in brand building, PR, influencer relations, content strategy, and customer engagement.
- Strategic, data‑informed mindset coupled with creative vision.
- Strong leadership and team‑scaling experience across multidisciplinary functions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial acumen with deep understanding of ROI and growth levers.

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
