Becoming a bank allows us to better support our existing customers and to widen that support to both new business finance and personal savings customers. Job Description
Job title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Support the Change and Technology team by analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and designing scalable solutions, primarily focused on Salesforce and other digital tools. Drive operational excellence through automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Expactations: Deliver clear, validated business requirements; champion process improvement and automation; collaborate across technical and non‑technical stakeholders; ensure solutions meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities. - Design, document, and support the implementation of streamlined workflows to enhance control and scalability. - Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes. - Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions with internal stakeholders. - Liaise with Salesforce administrators and developers to design, test, and deploy workflow, process builder, and automation solutions. - Use Figma to create wireframes, process maps, and visual documentation in collaboration with designers and developers. - Participate in testing and implementation phases to verify alignment with business goals. - Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. - Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, workflow automation, and process builder (preferred). - Familiarity with design tools such as Figma for wireframing and process mapping. - Effective stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. - Clear, concise communication for both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, change‑oriented environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Prior experience in finance or technology environments. - Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) is preferred.
