**Job Title**
Cloud Delivery Manager / Cloud & DevOps Project Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cloud and DevOps projects, acting as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams. Ensure technical solutions meet business goals, maintain quality standards, and align with cost, security, and performance targets. Foster collaborative, self‑organizing teams and drive continuous improvement.
**Expectations**
- Proven technical background in system/network administration, cloud engineering, or DevOps.
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure projects (AWS, Azure, GCP, Scaleway, on‑premise).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong Agile mindset with capability to run ceremonies and motivate teams without direct authority.
- Commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to agreed SLA/SLO.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define project scope, schedule, resources, and delivery plans for Cloud & DevOps initiatives.
- Coordinate deployment of Kubernetes, Docker, and public/private cloud environments.
- Review and challenge architectural and engineering proposals to ensure feasibility and alignment with client needs.
- Monitor and report on SLA/SLO, cloud cost (FinOps), security, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate Agile rituals (daily stand‑ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, demos).
- Serve as technical facilitator, simplifying issues for clients and resolving complex problems pragmatically.
- Ensure technical coherence, quality of deliverables, and adherence to best practices.
- Coach, motivate, and support team members in a “lead‑by‑influence” model.
**Required Skills**
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Scaleway (or equivalent).
- Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker.
- Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.).
- CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and security tooling.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; pragmatic decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Agile/Scrum practices and facilitation.
- FinOps awareness and cost‑optimization skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Professional, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar.
- Project management credentials (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are a plus.
