Job Description
**Job Title** Financial, Economic and Social Analysis Intern (F/M) **Role Summary** Provide analytical support to employee representative committees on financial, economic, and social matters. Conduct in‑depth assessments of company and group performance, draft reports and recommendations, and participate in client discussions within a multidisciplinary consulting environment. **Expectations** - Minimum 3‑month internship (preferably 6 months) starting early 2026. - Full‑time commitment (35 hours/week). - Deliver high‑quality analysis, reports, and presentations; actively participate in client meetings. - Engage in training and knowledge transfer to junior staff. **Key Responsibilities** - Perform comprehensive financial, economic, and social analyses of client companies/groups. - Prepare dossiers, compile data, and support the creation of reports, notes, and presentation materials. - Conduct client interviews to gather information and contextual insights. - Mentor and coach colleagues on analytical, synthesis, and reporting techniques. - Compile recommendations addressing economic conditions, social policies, and strategic orientations for client organizations. **Required Skills** - Strong command of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques. - Solid understanding of macro‑ and micro‑economic concepts. - Excellent written communication and report‑writing ability. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Basic knowledge of HR and social policies is an advantage. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master 2 or final‑year student in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Management (e.g., Grandes Écoles, CCA, DSCG, university). - Relevant coursework in financial reporting, economics, and corporate management. - Certifications in finance/ accounting (optional) such as CFA Level I, FRM, or equivalent are a plus.
