Demonstrated ability to deliver data-driven solutions for recruitment, retention, and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities**: - Deliver day-to-day HR/OD advice on employment law, policy compliance, and best practice. - Manage caseloads including absence, discipline, and grievance cases, ensuring resolution aligned with organizational goals. - Advise on recruitment strategies, retention initiatives, and OD projects to enhance team performance. - Monitor and report on HR metrics, providing insights to drive process improvements. - Support implementation of new HR policies and interventions in partnership with stakeholders. **Required Skills**: - Expertise in employment law, HR policy interpretation, and conflict resolution. - Strong knowledge of OD principles, change management, and process optimization. - Advanced communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capabilities. - Proficiency in analyzing workforce data to inform decision-making. - Experience in managing disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field. - Relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD qualification or equivalent) preferred. - Demonstrated continuing professional development in OD or HR specialization.
