Job Description
**Job Title**: Quality Lead **Role Summary** Design, launch and embed an ISO 9001‑aligned Quality Management System (QMS) across design, manufacturing, and construction divisions. Serve as a strategic change agent and coach, enabling business units to own quality processes and deliver complex, high‑value projects with reduced rework and higher predictability. **Expectations** - Build and sustain a lean, practical QMS from scratch in a greenfield environment. - Drive cultural change: coach leaders and teams to adopt quality ownership. - Create user‑friendly tools (digital platforms, SOPs, checklists) that are widely used. - Establish a data‑driven continuous improvement culture linked to cost savings and operational efficiency. - Lay the foundation for a scalable quality organization; eventually lead the future quality team. - Report directly to the COO; operate with full autonomy and high visibility. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and implement an end‑to‑end ISO 9001 QMS covering all business units. - Develop, document, and roll out SOPs, SOP templates, and digital quality tools. - Coach and mentor leaders and staff on quality principles, root‑cause analysis, process mapping (SIPOC), and continuous improvement methodologies. - Lead root‑cause analysis workshops and enforce corrective action processes. - Define, track, and report quality metrics, trends, and improvement opportunities to executive leadership. - Champion a culture of process ownership and continuous improvement across the organization. - Design and manage a future quality structure, including staffing, governance, and performance metrics. **Required Skills** - Proven ISO 9001 QMS design and implementation in a greenfield or early‑stage environment. - Strong change management and coaching capabilities; ability to influence senior leaders. - Expertise in root cause analysis, SIPOC, process mapping, and continuous improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). - Ability to translate complex quality concepts into plain language for all stakeholder levels. - Experience in construction, manufacturing, or integrated industry settings is highly desirable. - Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and stakeholder management. - Project management skills with a track record of delivering quality initiatives on time and within scope. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. - ISO 9001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification. - Additional certifications such as Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Lean Practitioner, or equivalent are preferred.
