Works cross‑functionally to secure, nurture, and evaluate alliances that amplify brand reach and generate measurable ROI. **Expectations** - Build the partnership marketing program from inception, setting strategy, processes, and metrics. - Deliver tangible growth through new and existing strategic partnerships. - Demonstrate data‑driven decision making with clear ROI reporting. - Operate independently while collaborating with communications, product, operations, and other stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership marketing strategy focused on acquisition. - Identify, evaluate, and secure new strategic partnerships aligned with business objectives. - Manage relationships with existing partners, driving joint marketing plans and co‑campaigns. - Collaborate with partners to design, launch, and optimize co‑marketing initiatives. - Define, implement, and own partnership ROI framework; collect and analyze performance data. - Report insights and recommendations for continuous optimization to senior leadership. - Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to integrate partnership initiatives into broader company goals and customer experience. **Required Skills** - 6–8 years of progressive marketing or business development experience, with a strong focus on partnership marketing. - Proven record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing complex marketing partnerships from inception to execution. - Strong analytical skills; proficiency in measuring partnership and campaign performance, delivering clear ROI. - Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management abilities. - Effective written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations. - Proficient with project management tools; capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adept at prioritizing in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. - Creative thinker with an eye for emerging trends and customer‑centric storytelling. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
