**Job Title** Solutions Architect **Role Summary** Design, implement, and optimize enterprise‑wide ERP solutions, bridging business requirements and technical execution. Lead architecture, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations deployments. **Expectations** - Deliver a scalable, compliant ERP architecture aligned with business strategy. - Manage full project lifecycle (planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk, quality). - Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and maintain clear communication with non‑technical stakeholders. - Produce documentation, training, and support materials to enable operational readiness. - Keep abreast of ERP trends, especially Dynamics 365 advancements. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design and lead the overall ERP solution architecture, including system integration strategy. 2. Own end‑to‑end project execution: schedule, budget, risk mitigation, quality assurance. 3. Serve as liaison between business and IT, coordinating workshops and ensuring alignment. 4. Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution validation. 5. Translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences and manage expectations. 6. Develop and maintain architecture documentation, training materials, and user support frameworks. 7. Monitor implementation progress and drive high‑quality, on‑time delivery. 8. Conduct continuous evaluation of ERP technology trends and improve solution roadmap. **Required Skills** - Enterprise‑level ERP implementation leadership (7+ years). - Strong architecture design aligned with business strategy and compliance. - Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent). - ERP governance, data privacy, and regulatory framework knowledge. - Hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or equivalent ERP) expertise. - Cross‑functional team and vendor coordination. - Stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, consensus building. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in a related field **or** 10+ years of direct experience in lieu of a degree. - 3+ years post‑graduate experience minimum (if degree held). - Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or equivalent **and** Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert (or comparable).
