Job Description

**Job Title**: Business Intelligence Developer II **Role Summary**: Serves as subject-matter expert in SAP BI, optimizing data ecosystems and business processes to deliver advanced data solutions. **Expectations**: Solve complex business challenges using SAP tools; collaborate with stakeholders across levels; develop and execute BI strategies; manage user support and project commitments. **Key Responsibilities**: - Create/enhance SAP BI models, views, dashboards to align with business needs and IT standards. - Administer SAP BW/BI and SQL Server technologies for enterprise data warehousing. - Monitor SAP releases and advise on system upgrades and error corrections. - Facilitate requirements gathering and support business users for process improvement. - Maintain authorization protocols for user access and provide training. - Coordinate with IT teams, security, and vendors to ensure project and system integrity. **Required Skills**: - Advanced SAP HANA modeling (graphical/scripted calculation views). - SAP BW (7.0-7.5 on HANA), BW-Integrated Planning (IP). - Strong SQL/SSIS expertise; multi-dimensional database experience. - BI Applications and SAP BOBJ reporting/dashboards. - Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP). - Exceptional cross-functional communication and project management. - Problem-solving with high attention to detail and deadline adherence. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, economics, or related field. - 8+ years SAP development experience. - 6+ years SAP BI/BW architecture/design. - 5+ years multi-dimensional database experience. - 3+ years data integration from disparate systems; 3+ years SQL/SSIS proficiency.
