Key Responsibilities: • Consult with clients to understand travel preferences and objectives. • Design personalized itineraries, including flights, transfers, accommodation, activities, and dining. • Negotiate rates, secure reservations, and manage all travel documentation. • Coordinate with suppliers, local partners, and travel providers to ensure seamless execution. • Provide real‑time support to clients during their trips. • Prepare detailed itineraries, budgets, and presentation materials for client approval. • Keep accurate records of bookings, contracts, and expenses. Required Skills: • Strong travel consulting and itinerary development skills. • Experience in travel arrangements and excellent customer service. • High attention to detail, organizational, and time‑management abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in multiple languages a plus. • Familiarity with online booking systems and travel technology. Required Education & Certifications: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. • Certifications in travel industry (e.g., CWT, BCD, or similar) preferred but not mandatory.
