Job Description
**Job Title** Scheduling Manager (M/F) **Role Summary** Responsible for developing, monitoring, and adjusting work schedules for healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and optimal staffing levels within a hospital setting. **Expectations** * Deliver accurate schedules for nurses (IDE) and nursing assistants (AS). * Anticipate and manage absences to maintain service continuity. * Collaborate with health managers to align schedules with departmental needs. * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Create, update, and reconcile weekly schedules using OCTIME and STAFFELIO for temporary staff. * Ensure compliance with working time regulations, rest periods, and contractual obligations. * Prepare administrative dossiers for temporary staff, verifying required documentation. * Serve as primary contact for temporary staff regarding assignments and queries. * Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews for permanent roles (nurses, assistants). * Coordinate with staffing agencies for temporary staff, validating timesheets and invoices. * Manage schedule adjustments during emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to care delivery. * Support recruitment processes and hand over selected candidates to clinical leaders. **Required Skills** * Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. * Demonstrated experience in scheduling or workforce coordination in a hospital or similar environment. * Proficiency in OCTIME (priority) and familiarity with STAFFELIO or equivalent scheduling tools. * Ability to work under pressure, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions. * Excellent communication, teamwork, and discretion with confidential information. **Required Education & Certifications** * Minimum Bac +2 (equivalent to BTS SP3S, DUT GEA, HR Licence, or similar). * Previous role with direct scheduling responsibilities in a healthcare setting. * Knowledge of French working‑time legislation and hospital operations is preferred.
