Job Description: Job Title: Software Developer – Vision & Robotics (C++) Role Summary: Develop production‑grade C++ software that powers robotic perception, motion, and runtime behavior for AI‑driven industrial robots. Expectations: • 3+ years of modern C++ (17/20) development experience • Deliver high‑performance, reliable code for production environments • Collaborate with Product, ML, and Field teams to translate vision concepts into stable software • Mentor junior developers and provide thoughtful code reviews • Proactively investigate and resolve customer‑critical issues Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain efficient C++ modules for robotic perception and motion control • Integrate vision algorithms with robotic hardware and simulation frameworks • Participate in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management • Work with Git, Linux, and CMake to manage source control and build systems • Provide technical guidance and documentation to teammates and co‑ops • Drive continuous improvement of the vision stack, enhancing speed, accuracy, and adaptability Required Skills: • Modern C++ (17/20), object‑oriented design, memory management, multithreading • Familiarity with 3D geometry, linear algebra, or core robotics concepts • Proficient with Git, Linux environment, and CMake build system • Strong communication and collaborative mindset Bonus / Preferred Skills: • Experience with industrial robots and hardware‑integrated systems • Knowledge of computer vision libraries (OpenCV, PCL) and robotics middleware • Python scripting skills and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
