**Job Title**
Senior Salesforce Technology Specialist
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end administration, customization, and integration of the Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CMS, Knowledge). Drive platform optimization, secure data handling, and advanced automation while translating business requirements into scalable, high‑performance solutions.
**Expectations**
Deliver technical leadership on Salesforce initiatives: architecture design, complex development, cross‑system integrations, and CI/CD deployment. Ensure best practices, security, and performance standards. Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer and maintain Salesforce environments (user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, sharing, data management).
- Design and implement custom objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and Lightning Web Components.
- Build and maintain automation (Process Builder, Flow, Apex triggers, classes).
- Lead integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs; evaluate and implement AppExchange or third‑party solutions.
- Plan and execute platform upgrades, data imports/exports, deduplication, and release cycles.
- Develop and maintain architectural and data‑model documentation, integration diagrams, and DevOps pipelines (Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset).
- Perform code reviews, enforce testing coverage, and manage version control.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, conduct technical design sessions, and prioritize enhancements.
- Provide end‑user support, troubleshooting, and training; maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, best practices, and industry trends; advise on CoE governance and technical standards.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Strong development proficiency in Apex, LWC/Aura, SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps methodologies for Salesforce.
- Expertise in integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
- Ability to model data, design secure architecture, and manage multi‑tenant governance.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, training, and documentation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred.
- Knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CMS, Knowledge, and related best practices.
