Job Description
**Job Title:** IT Business Support Administrator **Role Summary** 12-month fixed-term contract (potential conversion to permanent) supporting IT Access Management operations, with a focus on access administration, user lifecycle management (Joiners, Movers, Leavers), and administrative coordination. Requires cross-team collaboration, process optimization, and IT system proficiency. **Expectations** - 3+ years administrative/coordination experience in IT, corporate, or professional services environments. - Proficiency in IT service management platforms (ServiceNow preferred) and Office 365. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage user access lifecycle (JML) to ensure timely provisioning, updates, and deprovisioning. - Process and prioritize access requests, monitor SLAs, and update ITSM system records. - Coordinate administrative tasks, including documentation, procurement, reporting, and stakeholder communication. - Support audits, compliance audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Liaise with IT teams for task delegation and issue resolution. - Track task queues, escalate issues, and maintain process documentation. **Required Skills** - IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Intune). - Office 365 suite (Excel proficiency preferred). - ITIL best practices understanding. - Strong organizational, detail-oriented workflow management. - Multitasking with accurate prioritization and deadline adherence. - Written/verbal communication for stakeholder updates. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in Administration, IT, or related field preferred. - ITIL certification or willingness to learn.
