Job Description

Job Title Solutions Engineer Role Summary Consultant‑sales engineer who bridges technical product expertise and customer needs to drive pipeline conversion for a cloud‑based operational resilience platform. Expectations - Collaborate with Account Executives and Managers to craft tailored solutions that align with prospect requirements. - Deliver high‑impact product demos, proposals, and technical trainings that close objections in the sales cycle. - Act as a conduit between sales, delivery, marketing, and product teams to inform market positioning and feature prioritization. Key Responsibilities - Respond to prospect inquiries for product details, pricing, and trial setups. - Analyze prospect requirements and design solutions using the Fusion Framework Continuity Risk Management System. - Deliver live demonstrations incorporating real or representative data and use‑case scenarios. - Write and present sales proposals, pricing models, and value‑proposition decks. - Provide pre‑sales support and training to sales staff on product architecture, capabilities, and new releases. - Ensure smooth hand‑off to Delivery for implementation and onboarding. - Share feedback on market needs with Marketing and Product Management. Required Skills - Solid knowledge of SaaS and web‑technology stacks, including enterprise integration (APIs, middleware, ETL tools). - Proficiency in Salesforce.com / Force.com environments. - Strong communication: oral, written, and presentation across technical and non‑technical audiences. - Ability to simplify complex concepts, build solutions, and deliver persuasive demos. - Self‑starter who manages tasks independently while collaborating cross‑functionally. - Quick learner adaptable to rapid technology changes. - Language preference: French and/or German (optional). Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field with a business focus. - Certifications in Salesforce Platform, cloud architecture, or risk management are a plus. - Experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis & Incident Management, or Third‑Party Risk Management.
