Ecommerce Project Manager Intern (Chef(fe) de Projet e‑commerce)
**Role Summary**
Lead the development and optimization of the online retail presence for a growing consumer‑goods brand across multiple digital channels (website, Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, social media, CRM). Drive end‑to‑end e‑commerce operations, product merchandising, logistics coordination, performance analysis, and B2B partner support to achieve revenue growth and a consistent brand experience.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable improvements in conversion rate, average order value, and customer journey quality.
- Own the full product lifecycle on e‑commerce platforms, ensuring up‑to‑date listings, accurate inventory, and timely promotional coordination.
- Produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights and drive continuous optimizations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, tech, logistics, and external partners to meet launch and sales targets.
- Adapt to evolving marketplaces and digital marketing trends while maintaining operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Digital Channel Management** – Operate and enhance sales on Shopify, Amazon marketplaces, and TikTok Shop.
2. **Product Merchandising** – Write, enrich, and SEO‑optimize product descriptions; design visuals; maintain brand consistency across platforms.
3. **Order & Inventory Coordination** – Monitor order flows, coordinate stock replenishment, and interface with fulfillment partners.
4. **Performance Analysis** – Track metrics (revenue, conversion, traffic); build dashboards; present monthly insights and recommendations.
5. **B2B Partner Support** – Provide content, logistics data, and operational assistance to distributors and other partners; assist with launch campaigns.
6. **Tool Proficiency** – Manage back‑office systems (Shopify, marketplace dashboards), build reports in Excel/Sheets, and utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics).
**Required Skills**
- Mastery of e‑commerce back‑office platforms (Shopify, Amazon).
- Strong analytical ability; experience with data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent written communication in French; professional proficiency in English.
- Proficient in digital tools: Excel/Sheets, Google Data Studio or similar.
- Organizational and project‑management skills; attention to detail.
- Understanding of logistics, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current enrollment or recent graduate (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Business, Digital Marketing, E‑commerce, Project Management, or equivalent field.
- No mandatory certifications required, though knowledge of e‑commerce platforms and data analytics tools is preferred.
