Job Description
**Job title** Digital Marketing & Medical Content Intern (F/M) **Role Summary** Internship in the Digital Marketing team of a wound‑care medical device company. Supports launch and management of digital tools, manages social media, produces content for podcasts and website, and monitors performance metrics. Works cross‑functionally with global and local teams to deliver marketing initiatives aligned with product strategy. **Expactations** - Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts to digital marketing challenges. - Independent project ownership with proactive problem‑solving. - Strong communication in English (written & oral). - Collaborative attitude and willingness to support a multidisciplinary team. **Key Responsibilities** - Deploy and configure an e‑learning platform; create training modules for the sales force. - Launch a new digital tool, coordinate with global partners, and train users. - Manage the company Instagram account: produce posts, schedule content, and engage the community. - Develop and produce podcast episodes for the “On the Road to Care” series, coordinating guests and production. - Optimize website content (CMS: EpiServer) in line with SEO best practices. - Build dashboards, track KPIs, generate reports, and recommend improvements. - Participate in marketing events, conferences, field days, and internal planning sessions. **Required Skills** - Digital marketing and content creation (social media, podcasts, web). - Analytics and performance reporting. - Familiarity with design tools (Figma), CMS (EpiServer), and SEO. - Strong organizational and project‑management abilities. - Excellent written and spoken English; French language is a plus. - Team player with initiative and curiosity. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current Master 1 or Master 2 student in Pharmacy, Health Engineering, Biotechnology, or Health‑Product Marketing. - Medical device or pharma background preferred. - Healthcare professional diploma is a bonus.
