**Job Title:** Business Development Representative **Role Summary:** Lead the initial sales outreach for a B2B intelligence platform, generating and qualifying new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking. Serve as the primary point of contact, building a robust pipeline and transitioning qualified leads to the sales team for closing. **Expectations:** - Proactive, self‑motivated and resilient in handling rejection. - Strong communicator in Dutch and English; French language a plus. - Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑growing, technology‑focused environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and research potential leads using internal tools and external resources. - Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, social media, and events. - Qualify prospects by assessing needs, pain points, budget, and decision‑making authority. - Schedule and coordinate product demos or meetings for qualified leads. - Document all interactions, insights, and follow‑up actions in HubSpot. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in outbound B2D or B2B prospecting (preferred). - Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English. - Comfortable with CRM usage, particularly HubSpot. - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Resilience and persistence in a high‑volume prospecting environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - No specific certifications required, though sales training or CRM credentials are advantageous.
