**Job Title:** Cyber Program Manager **Role Summary** Lead and manage federal cybersecurity projects with varying risk levels, providing strategic oversight, cross-functional coordination, and technical expertise to enhance organizational security posture and compliance. **Expectations** - U.S. citizenship or legal permanent residency required. - Active Public Trust clearance mandatory. - Expertise in Agile methodologies (DEVSECOPS, Spiral, Waterfall) and federal cybersecurity standards (NIST, FedRAMP, CDM). **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee project lifecycle for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment with federal mandates and mission goals. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reports tracking risk, budget, and deliverables. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement operational process improvements and security remediation. - Monitor information system vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and compliance via continuous diagnostics (CDM), FedRAMP, and ISCM. - Support SDLC cybersecurity requirements, including Security Assessment & Authorization (SA&A) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA). - Author/update Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&M) for control gaps, ensuring cost-effective, timely resolutions. - Conduct quality assurance reviews of POA&Ms and contingency plans per NIST SP 800-34 standards. **Required Skills** - Project management (Agile, Waterfall, DEVSECOPS) and risk mitigation. - Federal cybersecurity standards (NIST, FedRAMP, CDM). - System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Assurance. - Privacy compliance (PIA, PTA, SORN). - Data analysis and report generation for technical and operational stakeholders. - Team leadership and coordination in high-complexity environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or related field. - 5+ years project management/cybersecurity experience (government or federal contractors preferred). - Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, or OSCP. - Experience with federal privacy requirements, system authorization processes, and compliance frameworks.
