Job Description

Job Description

Job Title: Test Manager – Unit4 ERP Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end testing for a 12‑month Unit4 ERP implementation. Develop and execute the testing strategy, coordinate IST and UAT across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Projects, and other functional streams, manage defect lifecycle, and ensure comprehensive business process validation before go‑live. Expectations: - Deliver a fully validated ERP system across multiple workstreams and integrations. - Maintain rigorous test governance, defect resolution, and risk management. - Provide clear reporting and documentation to stakeholders and the implementation partner. Key Responsibilities: - Define and manage the overall ERP testing strategy and approach. - Plan and coordinate Integrated System Testing (IST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Lead testing activities across multiple functional workstreams (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Projects, etc.). - Coordinate end‑to‑end testing across system integrations. - Establish and manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution processes. - Monitor testing progress, including execution status, defect volumes, and risks. - Ensure clear documentation, reporting, and communication of testing outcomes. - Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partner to resolve issues. - Oversee integration testing and ensure end‑to‑end business process validation. - Implement and manage test governance and tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps).
